Change your password

XYZ netbanking app allows you to change your password.

Procedure

Perform the following steps to change your password:

1. After logging in, access the sidebar at the left menu button. The left sidebar appears.

2. Click the Settings tab. The Setting dropdown appears, showing setting options.

3. Click Security Settings. Security Settings screen appears.

4. Click Change Password. The change Password screen appears with the default Change Password as selected in the tab.

5. Enter the current password and make sure it is the correct password. You can click the Eye Icon to see the password.

6. Enter the new password in the New Password field and re-enter the new password in the Re-Enter Password field. A new password must contain a complex pattern to avoid hacking attempts.

7. Click Submit. XYZ bank sends an email to confirm that the password has been changed.
